Very clean. Received an upgrade to a larger room which was very kind. Accommodated our request for 2 x single beds. Thank you

Our door card did not work for most of the visit. We had to call reception 4 times because we couldn’t get in and finally the lady at reception brought up batteries and changed the door lock which finally fixed the problem, but they could have done that 2 days prior as we identified the problem as soon as we checked in. Very annoying having to wait each time for someone to come up to our door and let us in each time.

We got upgraded which was positive .. however I had booked a twin room and it was a king bed 😱 It was quickly dealt with … impressive as the staff that deals with this had finished for the day. Very much appreciated.
