The location. Near almost everything.

The roaches in the hallway and by the 2nd floor elevator. Also, the homeless walking back and forth in the dining area, touching the food. My second time witnessing it while staying there!

They canceled my reservation after paying in advance for the entire weekend because I arrived late in the night .. even though I spoke with front desk to let them know I would be arriving late .. they never made a note .. the were unable to resolve the issue and very unsympathetic as a result I was left with no room after driving 14 hours and had to wait a week for a refund and they still charged me for one night due to cancellation… Big Scam
