"Ok, but seems to have gone down hill a bit since 2021."

Elevator was not working and we were on 3rd floor. Had 2 large suitcases. A young lady, I cannot recall, help us going up to our room Also said breakfast was provided for $10, but all they had was a kiosk to order food at different prices. 4 years ago the hotel provided a free breakfast buffet which was a nice feature.

The beds were of the comfiest I’ve experienced when staying in hotels

The card reader was down when we’re checking in which wasn’t anyone’s fault it was just a minor inconvenience. That’s the only complaint
