Musty smell. The morning of departure water poured in from the ceiling, no answer when we called. When I told front desk upon departure they advised they knew and would fix. Also only 2 electric outlets worked. Worst hotel experience ever

I liked the balcony room on the 15th floor. Rhe scene was beautiful and relaxing.

That here i am 3 days later and my deposit still hasnt been returned. They want to take it from u at check in, then tell you you have to wait days, if not a week or more to get it back. You take it the minute I check in, it should be returned the minute I check out.

Not one thing. We left a day early because we were so unhappy.

The staff was very rude. When we checked in she just gave us our room key and that’s all. I had to ask what floor we were on and how to get there. Didn’t explain any of restaurants they had to offer, the pool or any other accommodations they had to offer. The pool was dirty around the edges, it was black. Very outdated. The pictures they have posted online are not up to date. I would think twice before staying here. We will never be back.
