Value and location

Only one entrance door even though had to park around back.

We had a pleasant stay and mattresses were comfortable and rooms were clean .they have breakfast included and coffee was plentiful We stayed an additional night and they managed to accommodate us at the same rate as the previous 2 nights

I don’t have any negatives

They need to do some updating. The bathrooms need shelving to be able to put your items on. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The elevator button for the 1st floor would stick and the door would not open. Not enough shelves in the bathroom. They need some hot food and protein items for breakfast.

From the start, nothing went well. The keys did not work. The elevator buttons did not light up when working, the inspection was OVERDUE from May. This is June in case you do not remember. The management encouraged " young ladies" to stand outside the entry in the evenings hours.

everything. Apparently corporate had either " turned a blind eye" with inspection, or just does not care.

The first gentleman that checked me in was fantastic. The gentleman in the morning but so much. I asked where I can find coffee. He treated me like I just walked in from the street. He was a jerk.

Very clean. Friendly staff and a great location.

Internet wifi is slow and sometimes tricky to get on. Rooms are tiled and as a result hallway noise can echo in the room.

The deposit for each room was never quoted on booking.com. we were unable to afford the rooms and the deposit. Employee at counter very rude and unprofessional. I will not stay at super 8 anywhere at this point from due to this encounter.
