"Won't stay again"

Staff was fine, facilities in general were fine, smoke alarms went off multiple times during the night. Was told someone was either burning popcorn or smoking in their room. I understand safety concerns, but I shouldn't have to be affected if someone else is smoking in their room on the other side of the hotel. Was awful

The gentleman with the beard was awesome and also the lady who checked us out this morning was awesome also.She took care of the mess up really fast and sorry if I was a grump☺️ Rooms were very cozy.

The guy with the dark hair was rude. Not friendly at all.

Front desk staff was rude and i believe his name was joseph is rude when saying thank you to him his response shouldn't be YEAH and when asking questions and you dont understand you shouldn't response with WHAT in a very aggressive way im truly sorry I forgot names but the man with bread and longer hair was awsome beside that it was ok but going to stay else where next month when I return for a week thank you for your time
