I had no complaints

The hotel looks pretty rundown from the outside. The price was great and the location was great however. Breakfast didn’t open until six and I had to be to work at six so I was never able to participate in that. No one ever told me about the free Wi-Fi so I wasn’t able to use that either. There’s a pool but no hot tub which was disappointing.

The person who checked me and was very friendly, and the person who checked me out, was also very friendly. On my middle day, there was one gentleman who was not mean or anything, but he certainly was not very approachable. I’m not sure what his role was, but my keys didn’t work for me when I came home from work and he had to reset them and I asked if I could have a plastic fork. No words, no smile, even though I apologized for disturbing him.

Location and the price

Breakfast was 6-9, and it was gone by 730 with no restock on the first morning and I complained about it the second morning and it felt like it was my fault she had to work/ restock (others complained too). And checking in was like talking to the wall, no answers for any of my questions!!!

Good location, clean room, firm beds, nice blackout curtains, lots of carbs for breakfast. The receptionist gave us two rooms close to each other as requested. The morning receptionist worked hard to get the coffee machine working again in the morning.

The building is aging with frayed, torn carpets, poor paint jobs, and empty beer cans left in the hallway, The evening receptionist was either not well trained or really didn’t want to be there. Breakfast ended at 9, which is very early, so people came for food and couldn’t get any. Plus, they didn’t have enough hot food for everyone, and there was a very long line for the waffles.
