Breakfast attendant was wonderful

Staff was rude and outside smoking our entire stay. Hot tub broken. Pool room set at 65 degrees. Room dirty and cold.

Comfortable room. Location.

Shower was dirty. 20 kids or so swimming and running around screaming in pool. So out of control that my daughter wanted nothing to do with it. (I know that comes down to parenting, however I think it should be monitored and it seemed more like a party and I doubt they were all staying at the hotel. ) Next morning went to the pool as soon as it opened, bathroom wasn't cleaned and no towels restocked. ( Pee all over the seat and floor. ) Have stayed before and had good experience , not sure if it was just a bad day or maybe staff has changed.

Everything was good and what we expected for an overnight stay

Unsupervised children running around the hotel for hours being loud in the hallway while parents spent time in the dinning room drinking. Bathroom has no heat in it. Pillows were to small for a king size bed.

Close to the stores

When we arrived they tried to give us the wrong room until I said I’ll call booking when we finally got are room we stayed in a family room the beds had holes in them the room smelled so bad of animal urine had to go to the front desk to get cleaning supplies but they only had some green spray that didn’t work so we had to go get cleaning supplies to get rid of the smell the only reason we stayed cause the other hotel we stay at was booked
