Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia-Fort Washington

The location was the only good thing I can say about my stay.

We checked in and our room was on the 4th floor but not a problem. They had 1 working elevator and it was extremely slow. The hallway smelled like a kennel and when we got to our room the television did not work so we had to move to another room. Get to the new room and later that night the room right next to us had 2 small dogs that barked every few hours and the people had their television volume so loud we could have heard it with ear plugs in. Called the desk about it and that resulted in no change of the noise. Three night stay with three nights of barking dogs and loud television. Using the shower but the exhaust fan did not work at all.

The staff was nice

The bathroom floor wasn't clean the sheet look like it wasn't change

The property was close to stores.

The parking lots accommodations .

It was clean

Advertised breakfast but then it charged you $17 a person for what every other hotel offers as a free continental breakfast. Won’t stay there again.

Nothing

It did not look as advertised. The room was old and dirty the chair in the room was old ripped up. Room had a smell of smoke. I only stayed 5 mins and was supposed to be reimbursed now I’m getting the run around.
