"Did not stay there. I had to find another hotel at short notice."

Hotel was in the middle of being renovated, It looked like a construction zone. We had to cancel our reservation when we arrived. Desk staff wasn't too helpful in the cancellation process, I had to call booking,com myself to get help.

I was not made aware of the ongoing construction when I made this reservation!

Nothing

The sheets were disgusting. Blood on the pillow cases. No top sheet on one bed. We were too tired to ask for a different room and just slept on top of the bed

"It was clean and handy and I would stay there again."

Avery clean remodeled hotel. Very convenient to I-77. Also pet friendly. They were very upfront about the construction in the lobby and breakfast room.

I understood there would only be a grab and go breakfast and it did have a granola bar and an apple in it, but the cream cheese pastry had more additives and I am sure was best before 2029.

"Wouldn't stay there again even when reno is complete. The surrounding area is very concerning."

The manager made us aware of the construction.

The manager didn't really tell us how dirty the lobby was and that the dirt was being tracked throughout the room floors, elevators and stairwell.
