was supposed to be non smoking, and clean, room was filthy and stunk of smoke and bed was filthy and burns on the bed

There was mold, bodily fluids, ticks and dirty walls, sheets and such. I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me a million dollars.

The room smelled of mildew as soon as we walked in. Wet spots on the carpet. Suspicious activity (prostitution). I had my baby with me and didn’t feel comfortable so I got another room the next morning. Just don’t do it. Find somewhere else.

A lot of loitering in the parking lot. Apprehensive about leaving vehicle unattended.

Unfortunately on arrival we were informed that no breakfast would be provided due to storm related issues i.e. supply chain issues. While we understand the difficulties but this was a week later. This was disappointing given the adjacent gas station and local eateries nearby were providing full services. How difficult would it have been to have provided a loaf of bread? This was our first visit to the USA and a disappointing hotel experience. The hotel is quite happy to take our payment which covered breakfast with no mention of compensation for not providing it or at least an official apology. Further, we could could not even make a drink in our room since no kettles were provided. We would welcome your comments on the above.

they are not ready for shut down electricity it was sot hot and no light the smelt was so bad and much more.

Part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the free breakfast and it was a disappointment. All they had was cereal and coffee, nothing compared to the pictures shown. False advertising. Everything else was ok

They took my online reservation , showed up to the place and no rooms were available, place smelled like nothing but wees.

They didnt have system i couldnt stay there
