The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh, tasty options to start the day right. To top it off, the hot spa was a perfect retreat.

Cleanliness can be better. The toilet bowl has old death inside. The room air was very dry, even after adjusting the thermostat, and I had a nosebleed.

The breakfast was a good variety. Early access was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The stairway floor needs to be replaced it is broken and creeks. Too many little kids in the hot tub not being supervised. The room was cleaned later in the day as we needed to change to go out again.

"The stay was good otherwise."

The property was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the staff misinformed me about the damage deposit. They told me that it had to be a credit card and no other way. Only to find out that I could have given a cash deposit that I would have gotten back in the morning at check out.
