The breakfast ladies were SO FRIENDLY AND KIND and so brilliant. five stars for them. The food was great

The window to our room was directly into the top.of the waterside. It was awful and noisy and considering I booked far in advance I am not sure why they would put anyone in that room unless it was a last resort to. THE SHOWER SQUEALLED THE ENTIRE TIME NEVER STOPPED. we got there at midnight and all needed showers and there was no way to move rooms that late. When I told the front desk and showed them the video if it they did not seem to care and did not offer any compensation for the terrible stay.

Clean and convenient location. Staff were very accommodating about a late check in. Breakfast was very good, and the lady in charge of it went above and beyond to help.

"Overall a great stay in Regina with water slide for the kids and food breakfast and rooms."

Hotel was full but the morning breakfast service was amazing. The lady in charge always made sure there was clean tables and food for all.
