An excellent hotel that's clean and fresh. There's a large lobby and a nice breakfast every morning, with good coffee. The location is excellent for exploring Heraklion. The staff was incredible: due to a recent bone break, I needed help with my bags and other small things. I contacted the hotel ahead of time, and they were so helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Ottima posizione per uscire la sera: a piedi si raggiunge in 5 minuti la zona dei locali e con un quarto d'ra/venti minuti si arriva al lungo mare. Colazione nella norma ma anche in altri hotel di Creta non ho trovato colazioni degne di nota. A distanza di 2 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio aperto H24 (costo giornaliero 15€)

La ubicación genial en el centro de la ciudad, hotel con buena vibra,, diseño moderno y jóven (fuera de las escaleras y el ascensor). Muy buena relación calidad precio.

La habitación muy chica para cuatro personas y una de las camas era plegable y corta, no apta para niños mayores de 10 años. El ascensor muy chico, a veces hacía ruidos extraños y la puerta tardaba en abrirse, no recomendable para gente con fobia a ascensores o claustrofobia 🙃

La situation, la qualité de l'accueil et la courtoisie du personnel. Le restaurant à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Le parking quand on comprend comment ça fonctionne.

La chambre côté square est très bruyante surtout le dimanche soir! Beaucoup de bruit qui gêne le sommeil.

Somewhat dated structure, cleaning just adequate, vero tight spaces in the room, window facing inward with a wall very close in front and very poor natural light, shower drain not very functional; the shower floor would flood, leaving your feet in water and risking flooding the bathroom
