הגענו ביום שישי, השתדלו לתת לנו מענה מהיר מאוד לקבלת חדרים ובאמת הצליחו. כל עובדי המלון נותני שירות יוצא מן הכלל, עובדי קבלה, ניהול, צוות הבריכה וחדר האוכל. הניקיון היה מדהים בחדרים וריח של ניקיון שאין הרבה בבתי מלון. נתנו מענה לכל שאלה שלנו. כל מה שביקשנו דאגו שלא יחסר לנו. הייתי בהרבה מלונות בארץ אבל כמו ההרודס בשירות. לא נתקלתי הרבה זמן. באמת אמיתי ולא מתחנף. מומלץ מאוד!
