שירות מושלם מהשומר בכניסה לקבלה השירותית ולצוות בחדר אוכל. כולם מושלמים עושים את המקסימום לחוויה מושלמת.. אחד המלונות הנקיים שהיינו בהם הכל חדש ונקי . לחלוטין המלון הכי טוב של רשת פתאל ןבכלל בטבריה.

המעליות היו על הפנים חיכיתי למעלית מעל ל10 דק בכל פעם שרציתי לצאת מהחדר זה משהו שהמלון צריך להתייחס אליו בכל פעם שקלתי עם לצאת החוצה או לא בגלל המעליות
