המיקום טוב ונוח. האוכל היה טוב ובשפע, אבל (ר' למטה) חדרים נחמדים מאוד ומאובזרים טוב, ענו על הציפייה ועל הדרישות.

אין מגרש חניה וזה לא נוח למחרת חבר שלנו חטף קלקול קיבה ואני קיבלתי כאבי בטן. הודענו בקבלה, אבל זה לא עניין אף אחד ולא התייחסו. וזה לא נעים בכלל.

הגענו ל־Leonardo Plaza Tiberias בתקופה לא פשוטה, מתוך רצון לקחת הפוגה ולהירגע – ובחרנו נכון. מהרגע הראשון קיבלנו שירות יוצא מן הכלל. צוות הקבלה היה אדיב, סבלני ובאמת עם רצון לעזור, וגם שאר הצוות – במטבח ובמלון בכלל – נתנו תחושה של אכפתיות אמיתית ושירות מכל הלב. לצערנו נאלצנו לקצר את השהות בעקבות מקרה חירום משפחתי, הנהלת המלון גילתה הבנה מלאה, התחשבות וגמישות, ואף דאגה להחזר כספי הוגן – דבר שלא מובן מאליו בכלל. התמונות שאנו מצרפים רק מחזקות את התחושה הביתית, החמימות והיחס האישי שקיבלנו לאורך כל השהות. מדובר בצוות מלון מקצועי עם גישה אנושית, וזה מה שעושה את ההבדל. בהחלט נשמח לחזור בקרוב ולהשלים את הזמן שנאלצנו להפסיד.
