"Sempre um enorme prazer"

A simpatia dos funcionários de recepção é indescritível, e isso se dá com todos. Door men impecáveis. A cama é boa e a roupa de cama também. Travesseiros apenas os mais duros pra quem gosta de duas opções não há. O Mini bar é completo e os armários são excelentes se ficas muito tempo. Aí sente-se em casa. A vista, se pegares um apartamento virado pro mar, é maravilhosa. o banho podia ser melhor. O pequeno almoço é excelente! A piscina é a saunas são muito boas vale usar, mas precisa levar touca de natação. A localização eh boa mas tem que pegar andar alto por que já bastante barulho logo de manhã cedo. Como não foi minha primeira estadia, dessa vez tomei essa providência. O estacionamento é um fato que funciona, e é gratuito, o que no Porto é raro, e graças aos Door men que são espertos e ágeis não se espera mais de três minutos pelo carro.

No banheiro Há Pouca pressão de água banheira alta pra entrar… mas estava em andar alto então pode ser isso. A simpatia e disponibilidade do funcionário do bar ( um senhor) deixou profundamente a desejar, mas foi compensada pelo profissionalismo de todos os outros. Voltarei certamente pelo bom tratamento , a vista linda e o ótimo pequeno almoço.

"A very pleasant stay in a comfortable, clean and well-located hotel with excellent service."

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including fruit juices, different coffees, scrambled eggs and even smoked salmon. The rooftop bar had a spectacular view, great cocktails and very good table service.

The minibar in the room was not working, which was a small disappointment for a hotel of this level. Some areas of the hotel have a more classic/older style, although everything was comfortable and well maintained.
