Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. The credit or debit card used to book the Advance Purchase rate must be presented to reception upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. Parking is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are asked to contact the property directly in order to guarantee a space, using the details on the Booking Confirmation. If you would like to reserve a car parking space please contact the Concierge department at the property, once you have made your reservation. Prices of parking are GBP 45 per night. Smoking is not permitted at the property. When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Children's swimming times are between 08:00 - 09:00 , 12:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 17:00 daily. Our Gym and Spa facilities are available for our guests from 06:30 until 21:00 on weekdays, and from 07:00 until 21:00 on the weekends.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
