Great gym. For Supercar Owners they have an underground secure car park. Great valet service.

Parking at £45 is expensive. Also must make it obvious of the charge before booking. You only discover about the charge after booking.

Anything negative is constructive criticism as we have loved our break. Great location, really central. Lovely positive staff but tone it down a little. Love the wine hour but please remove the plastic plants from the garden room...a 5 star hotel doesn't need plastic plants. Room smashing, Bleona tip- toed around us and got our room organised... Really grateful. Staff very caring, I hurt my knee and they couldn't have been more considerate. This is a lovely place to stay and I hope to be back. X

The hotel was beautiful & the location was excellent. Each & every staff member was so warm, friendly & helpful. A big shout out to Zoe at the reception who made our little girl feel special. They organized to leave a bottle of champagne for our anniversary & a mid week treat with a lovely note ( Thank you ) . Extensive breakfast spread & I loved sitting at the breakfast area . Overall we had an unforgettable time in Edinburgh, cannot wait to visit again & will definitely stay at the Kimpton.

Stayed here for four nights, enjoyed it very much. Edinburgh is a very walkable city and this hotel is in a great location. Literally around the corner from Rose St. which lined with pubs, shops and restaurants. Easy walk ~20 minute walk to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and the Grassmarket area. Staff is very friendly, facilities are great - especially the fitness area (heated pool, steam room, etc.). Highly reccommend.
