Homestay Mimi's Rental

Mimi provides everything for a good and comfortable stay in the lovely city of Brugge. The house is a bit far from the center but there are buses to get there (1, 4). There are amenities of every kind so everyone can stay satisfied. The night before we check out there was a small surprise waiting for us. I would totally recommend it and I would definitely come again.

The apartment had everything you could need. It was clean and comfortable and we had good communication with Mimi,although we didn't meet her. It was a reasonable walk into the city centre and was in a quiet residential area. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We would stay here again

The check in time was 5pm,although we were able to go in a little bit earlier and checkout time was before 9.30AM. We found this to be rather early,especially if you've been out sampling Bruges lovely beers. We couldn't find anything to hang our wet towels over. There were four of us,so we had a few. Not a massive issue,just a thought for future guests.

All the facilities you would need for a s/c stay. Quiet location. Bus stop into Bruges close by. Free parking in streets around accommodation.

All was perfect, easy check and check out, very good contact with the owner, apartment fully equipped, very clean, with good location outside of the old town but very close with possibility to park the car free of charge.

Check out is 9:30 and felt early, not a real problem but would have been nicer to have been a little later. The stairs into the property are very steep

A beautifully presented apartment within easy reach of the historic city with all amenities that a guest of any ability would need (including a stairlift!). Landlady lives downstairs and is available if needed but keeps a discrete distance, very friendly if you get to see her - we were treated to the occasional gift left on the stairs to the apartment which were gratefully received!

Not much to say at all - however my wife made me aware that she was conscious of a gap between the blind to the toilet window and the wall, perhaps thought could be put into some frosting on the glass (cheaply done with a glass covering) to supplement the blind for extra privacy.

Cozy house. I really felt like I was at home and not in a hotel room. I stayed in a place that looked exactly as it was presented. Good contact with the host. Moreover, a quiet neighborhood. I had everything I needed.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to meet the owner in person.
