The room and bed linen were dirty

No hot water, no water atall on the last day, messaged the manager and got a sarcastic response with no apology. The bar downstairs is extremely noisy until early hours of the morning, hotel is under the flight path and planes wake you up at 6am. Got there at the time we agreed and no answer at the front door, rang bell for 45 minutes and no answer, had to walk off and get WiFi, messaged the manager and he said I rang the wrong bell which was a lie because it was clearly labelled, again there was no apology. The lighting in the room is poor, no hot water and when something goes wrong no apology or offer of refund, just very rude. We said bye to the manager at the end and he just ignore us. Terrible service

We had a room with two beds overlooking the streets. Wonderful staff, I think the daughter of the owner was the one who helped us very well. The neighbourhood is wonderful. Just walk away from Conquitadores/Candelaria and all the restaurants and stores were great. Two fans to keep us cool. Simple but good shower.

I think they didn't really clean our towels or sheets but that might just be their policy for a two day stay. The room did get a little hot if we closed the windows but with windows and curtains open it was nice and fresh.
