I had accidentally dropped a pair of emotionally significant earrings down the sink drain. Maintenance and the front desk were concerned on my behalf, and went the extra mile to ensure they were returned to me. Thank you for going above and beyond!!! I’ll be staying here in the future on my next work trip.

My stay was quiet, the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I must agree with others when they say the place needs an upgrade. The items are old, with a not so fresh smell, woke up with back pain due to feeling the springs in the bed & if you dont put that dont disturb sign on your door, housekeeping will wake you up, like they did me at 8am.

Rooms are dated and the bath tile grout looks a bit dirty. Staff are nice, helpful, and even provide a shuttle to nearby offices.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting family. I was really impressed with our first moments on the property. I tend to judge hotels pretty quickly. Our room was on a corner near an alternative entrance/exit door. It was super convenient however, we constantly heard the door slamming shut. Also, our room (albeit clean) had a musty smell. It was very clean and comfortable though. A couple nights into our stay; while out, the housekeeping staff tended to our room. When I came back, clean towels were thrown on the back of the toilet and the tp was sitting on the towel rack. I’m sure it was an oversight and wasn’t a big deal but I did request fresh towels and they came quickly. The best things that stood out was, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also the common areas were really clean and tidy. I also really loved the gym. It was very clean, updated equipment, lots of choices for activities. Lastly, I did some laundry and it was very convenient and the laundry facilities were great. We would stay again.
