All was as expected when we arrived for a three night stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We got settled and grabbed our laptops to get some work done before heading out to dinner. We quickly learned that the WIFI was not stable enough to send prepared documents. We spoke with the desk staff (day & evening) and was assured someone would be rectifying the WIFI issue. 24hrs later, still nothing. Then William arrived at the front desk. Things changed in a hurry. He listened, was apathetic to our situation and had us in a new room with stable internet within a few minutes. He allowed us to test the internet before moving, offered to help us, made sure we were happy and offered us free beverages and a sweet treat. He’s a real gem and we give him 5 stars too! Thank you William!
