The Plaza Hotel & Suites Winona

Hotel room was big and spacious. Loved having restaurant connected to lobby. Kids enjoyed pool and gaming area. Breakfast was definitely lacking as others mentioned. But if in the area, I would stay here again!

Great, convenient place to stay in Winona.

This was a weekend get away for myself and my 1lkif. The hotel staff were mostly friendly. Some more than others. The girl who checked us in was pleasant enough. The "Continental breakfast" is some hard-boiled eggs and Jimmy Dean's sandwiches and bananas. Luckily there's McDonalds and Kwik Trip right there if that doesn't do it for ya. It stayed mostly quiet. On the busier night there were a couple of guests who pushed the quiet hours limit. I dunno what posesses other humans to act up at late hours, but probably something to do with the on site bar. Pool was okay. I really question the cleanliness of the pools themselves. You can see grit in the hot tub from time to time and a staff member admitted to he had worked all day and not even checked the pool area.

The whiny wench at the front desk denied my stay because she was upset about me pointing out the terrible job she did the last time I stayed there. Will never ever be back.

Good staff. polite and courteous. Rooms were clean.and nice Breakfast was subpar. Please don't charge Hilton prices for assisted living center food

Close to the college, dining and shopping. Lots to do and see in Winona!

Dirty dirty dirty. Old flosser for teeth on floor, dusty, toilet was cracked inside and it was either mold or black stains.
