Residence Inn by Marriott Rocky Mount

Eggs were rubbery, sausage wasn’t t even brown, very pale in color. Bad selection of muffins- tiny. Banana was over ripe. Potatoes looked bad.

The room needs to be updated. Cabinets very old and tired looking. Closet door would not even close. Mattress very hard and pillows too soft.

Very nice. Interior was nice

Bed was terribly uncomfortable my wife and I slept terribly,

They had breakfast it may not be a lot but it'll be something that you can eat on if you're trying to save on spending money

I didn't like the fact that I communicated that we will be arriving late due to a train and when we got there we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes while consistently ringing the doorbell no one never came because the door was locked and once I was able to locate the phone number then the person came out from the back. The next day the room door locked got stuck and went allow the door to be shut

Clean but well used, staff pleasent, nice. Breakfast

Bed was sooo soft, I hurt my back getting into bed, took extra pain meds & slept on sleeper sofa

They double charged me, and I need to follow up couple times to fix the issue The hotel is outdated so everything seems unclean and unusable Noise from the fridge and toilet leaking are some examples
