Que cuando se solicitó al personal que realizara la limpieza de la habitación,no cambiaron las sábanas y volvieron a colocar las mismas, que tenían arena de haber ido a la playa,obviamente.

Las instalaciones excelentes, la atención super atento. Super espaciosos

El aire podría enfriar mucho mas. Llegábamos a tener mucho calor. Ya que la habitación son super grandes.

El hotel es ideal! muy acogedor y cerca de la playa y el centro de Canasvieiras. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de actividades para realizar. Lo pasamos increible! ojalá podamos volver pronto!

Nos hubiera gustado que las habitaciones tuvieran un espejo de cuerpo completo.

La piscina el quincho y el personal muy amable.

El aseo de la habitación es mala , sobre todo el baño. Las cama solo las estiran no la hacen bien, ya que queda las sábanas arrugadas y con arena. Me gustaría que el aseo sea más profundo.

El lugar era cómodo, y lindas áreas al aire libre sobre todo para quienes gustan de fumar

Solo por decir algo, podrían evaluar lo del desayuno empezarlo un poco antes, ya que debido a que muchos tours son desde temprano no se podía desayunar tranquila 😉
