Desk staff was not efficient, nor caring. Very disorganized, seemed unfamiliar with computer system.

The staff was very friendly and eager to please whatever we requested. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Just loved our suite and the price was very reasonable. We had a great girls weekend. 👍

Room was nicely updated. Very cold air conditioning! Very hot water.

This was a nice hotel but as soon as you walk in the police reeked of marijuana. It gave you the feeling that it wasn’t very clean. Our room was on the first floor. It was very damp. The air conditioner was marginal.

Pool was to cold. Noone was using it due to temp.

It looked neat from the outside. Cheaper than other area hotels. Bathroom was nice.

Where do I begin? 1. I stopped by in the middle of the day to check in and there was nobody working the front desk, so I left and finally got to check in at 730PM. 2. When i finally did check in, the staff was messy - I didn’t even know the guy worked there. Gray t-shirt, no name tag. I asked for a receipt and he told me to wait until I checked out. I wanted to know what my charges were for. The other guy behind the counter looked like he just got off a motorcycle - again, no uniform or name tag but he did wear a hat. 3. The whole place was dark. The lobby was dark, the hallways were dark, the room was dark. It’s like they were vampires. 4. There 1 one ice machine on the second floor that served the entire building. 5. It was LOUD. my room was next to the parking lot and all I heard were car doors slamming and conversations outside my window. The hotel was located across the street from a truck stop and I listened to trucks gun their engines as they pulled out to get on the highway. It was horrible. 6.Based on the aforementioned facts, I checked out first thing the next morning to find another hotel- I was willing to pay a higher nightly rate than stay there. 6. I was charged for three nights but only stayed one. I asked about my refund and the messy guy at the desk told me told me to check with booking.com where I made the reservation. When i explained that I had paid in person at the hotel the night before, he said he couldn’t do anything and to contact booking.com about it. He was irritated when I asked for an updated receipt. Now I have around $400 sitting out there somewhere. Terrible experience. 1 star. Do not Recommend
