"Good"

4.0

Need fresh brewed coffee, get rid of the old coffee vending machines at the breakfast. Wife actually vomited after only drinking a cup of tea with the water out of the coffee machine at the free breakfast, she had absolutely nothing else.

"Very overpriced and lousy room for a Holiday Inn."

The location.

Check-in lady had little child with her bothering us during check-in. Room smelled bad. Bed was way too soft; hard to get out of. Shower was very cheap and did not look clean; how about using tile? Toilet seat was sticky. Painters got a lot of paint on sink backsplash. Carpet appeared dirty. A/C was hard to adjust - needed 2 or 3 degrees difference to turn it on or off. Only continental breakfast offered for the extremely high price I paid. Check-out girl was on her phone and did not even ask us how our stay was. We were there on our wedding night and I expected a much more luxurious room for $259.

"Adequate"

The associates were great. The breakfast worker was very attentive

The whole hotel was damp. I really think something is wrong with the air conditioning. My clothes were moist because the humidity was so high in the hotel. Very strange.

"Terrible experience"

Nit worth your money. Mold in bathroom, unprofessional front desk. Not willing to give extra pillows during arrival. Parking lot had strange guys smoking weed watching your every move. Felt unsafe. Booking was made by IHG for me, and we ended up checking out within an hour. Inappropriate room given for a team of 3 to manage a bed for 2people without any consideration. I was told 'you are stuck with the room, we cannot move you because we are fully booked and with an obnoxious attitude. IHG moved us to a nearby property that was a God sent and refreshing
