This is the third time we’ve stayed here recently. The front desk staff his name is Eddie. He is a gem the first time we were here. He found us a room on a higher floor since my husband did not like the first floor view. He was super friendly and we were very grateful for the accommodation. On this visit, he showed me how to operate the water dispenser in the lobby. He also came from around the counter to clean up for me when I spilled a little ice. Hot chocolate bar was available for the holiday.

We avoided the narrow alley at check-in by parking first and walking up. We had a suite that has a sort of kitchenette with a fridge in a microwave, but no sink.
