The location is great, near the Opera metro. Lots of good places to dine are located closely.

Internet just never worked, despite everyday reports from our side. There is a washing machine but no detergent provided- I am sure no one will steal detergent! 2 cups for 3 guests. Several requests were sent to provide more- they did not even refer to those. No hangers for the clothes available. Do not expect a coffee machine (this is apparently too basic for a 'luxury apartment'). The bathroom has an awful smell that is hard to describe. We asked for additional toilet paper via an email in the morning- the staff did not even bother to reply! We got back at night- no paper. To my additional question regarding this, I got an answer that this is a "self-sufficient apartment". Really? Couldn't you reply this in the morning so we could buy our own?! I think the name of "luxury apartment" does not fit this place.

"Great apartment in the heart of Budapest"

The location on the main street was perfect! Amazing apartment where you can see the roof of St Stephen's Basilica from the window.

There was mention of a coffee machine and there wasn't one but it didn't matter at all.

"pleasant stay in the heart of Budapest. great location."

the property was a good size and had everything we needed. really comfy and apartment looks like it does in the pictures. really good location was near everything and good restaurants nearby.

we had issues getting through the gates at the start , it didn’t work so had to call for assistance. the doors were complicated but once you got the hang of it it was ok.
