It would have been a good.location if the services had matched what we paid for

Misrepresentation of pet policy, demanding undisclosed fees, failure to provide a room as reserved, being sent to a room that had not been cleaned, and a surprisingly unhelpful front desk.

Pillows were hard and small and no breakfast

Broken elevators, lack of ice machines, no breakfast.

Clean and attractive

Needs a new microwave in main lobby

Good location and value. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Good TV channel package. Rooms are a lot nicer than the hallways and rest of the building.

Didn't like the pillows and no ice machine. Says they have breakfast but there isn't anything.
