Saint Louis Airport Hotel

Room was decent. Bathroom could have been cleaner. It’s not a great area of the city, but very close/convenient to the airport.

Parking was easy, and the staff were friendly. At first glance, the room looked clean, but upon a closer look, the towels appeared dingy and dirty. There was chip paint on the ceiling. The room hallway light switch had mold on the wall under it—I ended up wiping it down with Lysol wipes. The shower curtain was very thin and even had what looked like burn holes. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the walls were quite thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The lobby microwave was also pretty dirty. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, though blackout curtains would have been nice. Overall, it was a decent stay but definitely could use some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

We chose this hotel for how close it was to the airport, extended parking availability and a shuttle to tge airport. They do not have a shuttle. Expedia needs to keep there descriptions accurate.

The rooms were large. The gym was nice.

Housekeeping NEVER came in all four days we were there. We constantly had to tell the staff to give us towels. There was only one very small trash can that belonged in the restroom. By the end of our 4th day, we had 6 bags of small trash outside our room. We mainly cleaned up, wiped down, and cleaned our room.
