We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is cozy, warm, and has a very welcoming family-run atmosphere. The staff were kind and supportive, and the view was beautiful. It’s not a fancy luxury hotel, but it perfectly matches the nature and peaceful vibes of Kazbegi —simple, authentic, and very cozy. A great choice for anyone who appreciates warm hospitality and beautiful mountain scenery.

We enjoyed the location and cozy atmosphere. The views from the room were a real highlight, and breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. Parking is available, and there are some great authentic restaurants nearby — Lunch by Maia is especially recommended.

The property is not as shown in the Booking.com photos, and overall it feels overpriced for what is offered in this kind of mountain area. The rooms are basic, the furniture is low quality, beds are uncomfortable, and essential amenities such as a mirror and mini-fridge are missing. (Also no tissue box in room or bed side lamp, the main roof lights were not working, only side wall). Communication was also difficult as reception does not speak English, which made simple requests challenging. At times during breakfast service, the staff member appeared visibly tense and seemed to get frustrated, including talking to herself while managing guests. She seemed to be running the hotel on her own, so despite really trying to be helpful, it’s clear that she was overwhelmed. We also experienced inconvenience with payment, as the card machine was not working despite being advertised as available on booking.com and on the reception area.

W skrócie mogę powiedzieć, że jest to cudowne miejsce. Przy kolejnym pobycie w tej miejscowości myślę , że ponownie wybrałabym ten hotel. Obsługa zna język angielski, co jest dużym plusem. Jest czysto, a widoki są onieśmielające. Można siedzieć na balkonie godzinami i podziwiać otoczenie. Lokalizacja dość dobra, wystarczył krótki spacer, by dotrzeć do głównej uliczki, gdzie były sklepy i restauracje. Śniadania obfite, duży wybór. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i nie będzie głodny. W ciągu pobytu w Gruzji byliśmy w pięciu hotelach z czego ten uważam za najlepszy.

Ich hatte modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war exzellent und auch die Aussicht auf die Berge, Ibs. auch die Dreifaltigkeitskirche. Nicht weit von der Unterkunft startet ein schöner Weg zum Kloster Elias.
