Staff and location

Its run down. Furniture is old, theres no style about it. It’s expensive for what it is. Ground floor room was fine -it was a large space but spartan. Ground floor access with only one lock on the door made me feel a little unsafe. Coupled with one-lock balcony doors where access was made easier from the street when the large commercial bins were placed directly underneath. The hair conditioner was watered down. Walls doors and hallways were quite battered and in need of repair and renovation. Not good value for money.

The apparent had a damp smell

It suited our needs and clean and comfortable..

Spaciousness of the apartment

The check-in process, no value for guests and no formal apology for the stress caused by long check-in process, transparency in parking fees not being included as part of the hotel room booking. Room keycard not working to get to the floor we were booked in. Had to call the hotel whilst stuck with 2 small kids in the basement waiting by the elevator at 11.30pm and waited over 10mins for someone to come and help, very traumatic experience

The rooms..very cosy

The pool was not heated

Really nice location. Rooms were cosy and the free hand wash / shampoo and conditioner provided smelled lovely.

Sound insulation between rooms was not so good. Could hear the people in the corridor and apartment next door quite loudly. Did enjoy pool but was confused by the pool being immediately next to the gym as it made some of the floor equipment and mat space wet.

Needs a freshen up with paint, carpet, cabinetry
