Had air con and heating, was super cozy with a nice little balcony to chill outside

Absolutely nothing was amazing

Love the location, and the rooms!

It sucked that the main bedroom didn’t have an aircon but we worked around that.

Better directions to find the room Have tv in bedroom Packets of chips from reception were out of date, I could not eat them. Hard find power point close to bed to have phone on charge for alarm.

Close se to the RAH Can leave car there whilst at appointments

Requested a balcony with table and they wanted an extra $110.00 Really for a little table!!

The location is on Hindley Street, which unfortunately turned out to be quite unpleasant. There are clubs and pubs nearby, making it very noisy at night, with cars and street noise continuing until around 3am. A number of people often gather and wander right outside my bedroom window, talking loudly throughout the night. Although the hotel should have a noise control policy in place, it did not appear to be effectively enforced. We stayed on Level 1 with one child and one infant, and none of us were able to rest properly, which caused significant discomfort and distress during our stay. We were originally scheduled to stay for four days; however, due to the excessive noise, we decided to move to another hotel after the first night.
