Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Wesselényi 13

The apartment is very conveniently located. We got there from the airport by a direct shuttle bus. It only took us ca. 20 minutes. First we had to go to the reception desk which was at the different street in order to check in. The keys to our apartment were in a box hanging from the window of the apartment. The room is very spacious and it also contains wardrobes and an entresol with an additional bed. You can drink your coffee and watch Netflix - a nice surprise. The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle and some basic pots and utensils - for two people it's ok, especially since we didn't cook fancy dishes. The bathroom is big and comfortable (a hairdryer is also available). The bedroom is big and the beds are comfortable. You will also find some shelves here - very useful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at this place. The value for money is adequate and we could not complain.

In general this place could be more clean and it requires a little refurbishment. If there is dust under your bed, you know someone didn't clean it up carefully... The bathtub curtain is missing so that the water spills onto the floor.

Nothing! It's a terrible place to stay in Oh, there was one thing I liked. The huge amount of toilet rolls they left in the toilet room 😂

The apartment was very poorly maintained. Located just above a street food market and the Szimpla bar are. Apartment is noisy as hell all through the night. A few other things : 1. After booking they sent an email with a to do list which was frustrating and exhausting. I decided not to do any and simply sent all passport copy by email to the property. 2. Broken bathroom door. Can not be closed properly. 3. Broken window shade. They did put curtains for shade but the curtains barely covers half of the window so full light coming in the morning. 4. Closing the windows to avoid the noise is impossible because of the heat. No ac no fans and non will be provided even if you will ask for it. I've tried. 5. Reception is far from the property and they only reply if you ask questions. If you complain about anything you will be simply ignored. 6. No show curtain so after every shower the entire bathroom is wet. 7. The neighbor from the apartment bellow came up to complaint that her sealing is dropping from our bathroom. 8. Photos are not representing they actual All in all, I suggest to avoid this property, even if the price is much lower than the others. It's so not worth it.

We liked the self check in and that it was possible to leave the keys somewhere safe. The location of the apartment is also great even if it is in a very loud street.

The building is quite old so a lot of noise has to taken in mind. The apartment need renovation.

The apartment looks unkempt. Bathroom/toilet door broken. The lamps in the bathroom are burnt out and do not work. The kitchen utensils and the refrigerator are dirty - even there the light was not on. The freezer is full of broken glass. Everything looks shabby and unkempt. The walls are not plastered - once watered and not cleaned. When bathing in the bathroom, water splashes all around because there is no barrier, the toilet bowl is dirty. TV failed to turn on after several attempts.
