Luxury Apartment by Hi5-Városház Suite

It didn't have enough warm water

Very easy to find, great location next to the bridge in the center next to everything (subway, tram, bus, supermarkets, restaurants, squares) . Clean full equipped nice and cozy perfect size for 1-2 people. I totally recommend it

- The location was good..near in every tourists spots in just walking distance. Tha apartment was spacious, it was huge for us, we were only 3 persons (2 adults and 1 toddler).

- The lift was too small, we are with luggages and stroller and we have to use the lift separately because we will not fit all together. - The apartment has a weird smell when you get inside. - The curtains are so thin, its uncomfortable to move inside the apartment as the neighbor can see through the curtains. - they only provided 1 sachet of showergel for each person during our 4 days 3 nights stay. - The bed was very creaky - The airconditioning has a weird sound as if it will break anytime, we decided not to use it. - The drainage in the bathroom was clogged so we decided to take a bath on the bathtub. They only provided one rug for the floor, its not enough for all the water spills outside the tub when showering. - There was an underwear hanging on the heater in the living room which i believe it was from the guest before us, it was supposedly to be removed when the cleaning team cleaned the apartment every after the guests.

Everything, apartment, neighborhood, few steps from city center and also metro very close.

Was a bit cold, and the air conditioner in the room couldn't fill the entire apartment and the beds weren't comfortable

Very central, apartment was very clean and everything we needed including a cot and high chair for our baby which was great.

The bed was rock hard, both our backs were in agony each morning. Thicker mattress needed!

Was easy to find the property and collect the keys. There is a lift at the building. The apartment is located in an ideal location within walking distance of the city centre and all tourist attractions and stores. There is a hairdryer and iron.

1. Cleanliness - was a lot of dust at the apartment (in the bathroom, in dining room on the furniture and floor) due to the renovation activities at the neighbourhood building, and cleaning team left windows open. Also there was a smell at the apartment. Would be good to place air fresheners or aroma sticks. 2. We did not find slippers and towels. So, we had to call to the reception and ask about it. They gave us only towels later, and we wore socks due to the lack of slippers. The floor was already cold, so if you will be there during cold season take slippers with you. 3. There was a soap at the bathroom only, and one piece of shower gel in the bedroom. Be ready to take with your your shower accessories. 4. Shower cabin was blocked. Water draining did not work, so shower cabin was full of water - do not use it! We used a tub but it was also uncomfy because there is no curtain there water is all over around during your showering. And there is no any floor napkins to collect water, you will use a small carpet. 5. There are no hooks or hangers in the bathroom, it is inconvenient, there is nowhere to hang clothes, towels have to be dried on the shower cabin`s door. 6. There is no kitchen towels.

Localization

We arrived at 3am. Staff send us email with instructions but we had some difficulties finding the apartment. We try to call phone numbers they gave us and nobody answer the call or even call back next days. The apartment has a lot of cockroaches. Tv doesnt work. No shampoo or any kind of ameneties. No bottle of water.
