It was very hot the apartment And that’s was very good 😊

What I don’t like is that the fact they don’t have any soap or shampoo and the towels the was not very clean

The location was very nice right at the centre.

There were only 3 towels one small and two big for two people for 5 nights. The instructions in the email to enter the building were clear but there were step missing. I had to call and the lady said to watch the video in a bit of an unpleasant tone. The video was very clear the only issue was that the link to the video is not clickable and it was a but hard to copy it from my phone. But that is not that big of a deal. Im just saying it as a tip to include in the instructions that first you enter apartment #number and then door #number

Location

You are not able to find entry to the building by Waze, Google maps, etc. Thanks god I received video how to do it, becuase instruction from the rentier was not to smart. On booking was written parking and there WAS NO PARKING

The location is excellent! Everything is nearby – restaurants, cafés, 24-hour shops, and many tourist attractions that you can visit on foot within 10 to 30 minutes. The bus station is also very close. The building has excellent insulation, so you can’t hear any noise from outside.

Die Nachbarn sind manchmal wirklich eine Katastrophe. Außerdem hat mir nicht gefallen, dass wir am Anfang kleine Probleme mit der Sauberkeit hatten, aber ich kann verstehen, dass so etwas jedem passieren kann. Ich muss jedoch loben, dass sie sofort reagiert und das Problem gelöst haben.

Мы остались очень довольны проживанием! Прежде всего — великолепное расположение: всё рядом, удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей, магазинов, кафе и транспорта. Заселение и выезд организованы идеально — есть подробная инструкция и даже видео, что значительно упрощает процесс. Есть балкон, где приятно выпить кофе утром. Кухня полностью оборудована — есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды. Отопление отлично работает, что особенно порадовало уже в начале октября — в квартире было очень тепло и комфортно. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и рекомендуем другим! 🌿

Из небольших минусов можно отметить компактную душевую — она не самая удобная, но вполне функциональная. Также в апартаментах нет стиральной машины, что может быть не слишком удобно при длительном пребывании. Однако, учитывая стоимость проживания и общее качество апартаментов, эти моменты кажутся несущественными. Всё полностью соответствует заявленной цене и ожиданиям.

Communication with the host was quick and smooth. The location is great – right in the city centre. The Wi-Fi was fast. That’s about it.

There was no pillow, towel or blanket provided for one person. The curtains were too narrow and didn’t cover the windows properly. The “bathroom” can hardly be called a bathroom – it was in poor condition and extremely small. The photos showed a carpet and decorative flowers, but there were none. The walls were dirty and scuffed. The TV didn’t work at all.
