Piscine bien endroit beau et bien entretenu propre. Le personnel répond bien aux demandes et besoins

Wi-Fi manquant et pas fonctionnel. Restaurant pas très bon et pas beaucoup de choix de menus.

"Rooms ok, WIFI bad, would only recommend for very short stays"

The room was modern and clean. The staff was helpful. I did not try the restaurant, the bar or the other facilities.

Wifi absolutely the worst. Connection just drops after about 30 minutes, is gone for 15 minutes and then comes back again for 30 minutes. Tested this with multiple different devices. The location is very inconvenient to get to despite being so close to the airport. No shuttle service. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which are obviously necessary because in several places it's falling apart and you can see makeshift fixes, for example the grill in the elevator ceiling. Asked at the restaurant whether I can borrow a fork or a spoon and was told I need to buy a single use plastic fork for .5 CAD because that's company policy.

Everything was good. The swimming pool - perfect for kids 1 m hight and for swimming for adults. Renovated room. Clean.

The bathroom still required renovation, but it was clean

"Car theft"

My new car got stolen at this hotel and the receptionist told the police the hotel parking lot CCTV was bad when the police arrived.
