Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel

Date: 13.10.2025 Like most of my reviews I will write pros and cons of the hotel. Pros: - Hotel food is tasty, not much of a selection but whatever is there is probably good in my opinion. - Rooms are small but nice - A lot of the staff speak Hebrew and English so it’s good for both tourists and Israelis. - Service is really good! - They just opened an arcade that is really fun for kids. - Whenever you want to take a shower feel free because there is plenty of hot water. - The pool is clean and not too cold. - For religious people: there is no succah in the lounge/if you order food there is no succah to eat it in. Cons: - Nobody helps with the suitcases when you come. - We asked for towels and nobody came. - Housekeeping is not so good. Pro + con: They clean the tables fast sometimes too fast that they take away your food. Salum and Nancy gave us great service at lunch in my opinion they were of the best staff there. Overall: This hotel is good for family’s and business people. With a nice pool dining room and more. All these stuff happened to us and not somone else

Salum should be running your hotel. He was so gracious all smiles all the time, would do anything to. Ake sure guests were happy and comfortable. Size of the suite was nice.

Breakfast was pretty basic, not really so good. Gym needs work. Not good at all.

Breakfast was excellent. All in all a great stay
