Bellevue Sarovar Premiere Junagadh

My records will show that I’ve been coming to this hotel regularly for the last 4/5 visits to Junagadh. Always been satisfied, until this time. Our room was not clean, even though we checked in at 5.30pm, so quite late. The bed sheets didn’t look clean but we were so tired that we just didn’t bother complaining. The WiFi was terrible this time. Some of the staff were good but most looked bored and uninterested. And the best of all, they charged us for the bottle of water we took from the fridge. That same bottle outside of the fridge was free! For almost £50 per night, I’d say this was the most disappointing stay this time. Needless to say, next time I’ll be staying elsewhere

Its beautiful property to stay in junagadh

The manager Mr Ravi Bhardwarj welcomed us personally, upgraded our room, escorted us to our room and always asked if everything was good. Mehul unloaded our luggage from our vehicle and brought it up to our room, always showing professionalism and courtesy. Other staff members that were outstanding were Akansa, Antima, Banashree, Mumna Soni, Nikita, Sandeep, Khushboo and Jeed. Each one made a significant contribution to ensure that our stay was "everything and more" that we expected. The food was well prepared, timely and always tasted good. The portions were very generous!

There was a smell of urine in the bathroom, which was reported to reception and whilst the smell was removed on a couple of occasions - it did return. Clearly the issue was one of plumbing - I hope it is resolved soon. This did not really have too much of an impact on our stay.

The location

The fact that despite having a mini bar fridge …its function was not supposed to keep food stuff /drinks cold but keep in a cool place. I had medicines requiring fridge storage and had to ask for an ice in an ice bucket. If there is a mini bar fridge ….please use it for its proper function. To keep foodstuff and drinks cold at low temperatures.
