"Not professional reception staff."

Went there for a night with some friends as we were celebrating 1 year from our wedding. When we first looked on trivago the price was ok but when we got there the gentleman asked us about £20 more than the price we've just seen on the phone + sine deposit for a mini bar which must be usually paid at the end. Not nice of him at all.

"the WORST hotel ever!!!"

this hotel is a shame for his location and for his description on the internet. the room where we stayed was very dirty (for example: there was hair everywhere in the bathroom; the shower was full of water because it had a problem with the leakage, when we arrived in the room the garbage was full). however, the receptionists are unfriendly and rude, they don't give you all the information about their service and they talked behind your back in romanian and they don't say very good thing about you. in the morning when we wanted to check out, they asked me to pay more than they told me one day earlier. when i asked them why is that price they were very angry and they told me that i reserved a room with breakfast included, but i told them a day earlier and at the telephone when i made the reservation that i don't want the breakfast because i don't have time to eat it. they didn't even apologise and they were indifferent about everything. i'm happy that i stayed only one night there. i don't recommend this hotel.

"Poor attitude"

I would not stay here again staff not very pleasant. I booked a double room for me and my girlfriend and got twin beds. I asked for another room and was told hotel was full and there was nothing they could do.

Service staff at breakfast rooms unhelpful and non English speaking (great receptionist though..) Breakfast was POOR especially if you consider the cost of 10 euros asked.

"RIN Hotel Review"

Nice facility, in a quiet area. Not so far from the Old City or the Unirea Square. Maybe not a king size bedroom but overall a decent stay. Room was clean with a pretty nice décor. Small noise coming from bath drain. Outdoor private parking available on the spot. Great staff, friendly and welcoming.
