It was great fun for kids especially the spacious rooms, spa bath, kids play facilities and access to hot springs and access to slides for any age.

員工都很熱情的接待跟協助，spa水療跟戲水區還有泡湯池都很棒，卡茲童樂園也好玩，房間很好睡，早餐很好吃種類豐富還有啤酒喝到飽

這次入住701，房間內整潔度很差 進門磁磚處跟浴室門口還有床中間的小桌子都有明顯甜的食物乾掉黏黏的痕跡，馬桶蓋上也有還有尿漬，雖然跟櫃檯人員反應有馬上來處理擦乾淨了，也有跟我們致歉，但當下入住的觀感很差，這點貴公司應該要改進一下

員工很熱情的接待跟協助，戲水區跟spa區泡湯區都很棒，卡茲童樂園也好玩，早餐很好吃東西很多還有啤酒無限暢飲，超讚 房間看出去的景觀非常美還有火車開過去

整體的整潔程度需要再加強，餐廳吃早餐就有好幾隻小強在地上散步，看了都沒胃口了 房間內的整潔度也需要在多注意 退房時有跟櫃檯人員反應了
