It was quiet and clean. Been staying at motel 6 quiet offen

This is a smoking hotel, which I didn’t realize. I mistakenly booked a smoking room. Disgusting. Bed was covered in hair and cigarette ash - under the covers! I asked for a non smoking room at check out and was told no, even tho the place was pretty empty.

Quick check in and the gal who checked me in was really nice. Very clean room. The only thing I wish I would have checked was the fridge. It wasn’t turned on so our food went bad.

The only issue was that in this desert community, it takes a very long time to cool the room. So my advice is to call the hotel after you make your reservation and ask them to go check the room and be sure the AC is on and cooling so it is cool when you arrive. Ac is very expensive I am sure so I completely understand why they may not have it running if nobody is in the room but because it takes a bit of time to cool, I’d be sure to ask them to turn on the ac to be sure it will be cool.
