Broken or non-functioning items in room, very dirty carpet in room, lack of fresh-fruit variety at breakfast, breakfast area way too small for such a large hotel.

BEDe kamer was ok maar uitzicht op een muur. Kamer naast fitness maar geen lawaaihinder.
Het zwembad was niet beschikbaar , we werden pas bij aankomst op de hoogte gesteld. Als compensatie moesten we de parkingkosten niet betalen. Bij uitchecken waren de parkingkosten toch verrekend, na aanschrijven van de manager werden ze na het uitchecken terugbetaald .
We had reserved the use of one of the conference rooms and there were complications. Ms. Amy Smith was flexible, resourceful and helped us out so our training program could run on time and without issue. Thank you Amy and SpringHill Suites!

Great room size..huge bed,microwave,fridge,coffee machine & kitchenette area. Lots of mirrors, tables & chairs. Nice big bathroom. You can tell a few quid has been spent. Shops and restaurants close by. My only gripe is that the room wasnt serviced during a two night stay.
