What a beautiful and lovely stay I had! The front desk person was polite and professional yet friendly 😊 and the place was well maintained with white curtains on the front walkways with flowers everywhere! What a cool place! So glad I picked this place!

The service and assistance by the staff were excellent. I had some problems with the online info used to book the room. It said the hotel was three minutes from airport and said the room could hold 5 or 6 people. I truth the the ride to the airport was 12 to 15 minutes and the room effectively holds 4 people. The staff was fantastic but the room did not meet my expectations. It is a very nice place.

I stay here anytime I visit San Fransisco the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is also very nice I love staying here I’ve never had an issue with anything staying here. I find this property to also be relaxing and beautiful, I’ll continue staying here on all my trips
