Port Edward Holiday Resort

Outdated shower head, light bulb in the kitchen not working Curtains didn't close properly, hence no privacy Noise pollution 🙁 It's supposed to be a holiday resort, where one can sleep late or just be on holiday mode. However, the staff were working night and day, cutting grass, talking loudly, no respect for the holiday makers Also, no supervision of staff, I get it that some things need to be done but it should not be 24/7 My family and I have been visiting this resort in Port edward for 30 years, services have really gone down

The location on the shoreline is stunning! Although the amenities in the standard studio are basic they are more than sufficient for a single traveller on a short stay. The reception and security staff were friendly and efficient.

The complimentary coffee was appreciated, it would be great to have a couple of rooibos teabags.
