It's location, the stuff try to assist

The fact that i communicated my arrival time, and when I got there I still had to wait cause my key wasn't left. On top of that I had to pay twice for the accommodation because apparently the can't locate my payment. Yet I payed on the app. And the number i was given to do follow up regarding my money isn't working
