Standard Apartment by Hi5 - Bazilika Suite

Great central location that made it very easy to get out and about. Nice and warm and despite being right next to a Christmas market the shutters kept the noise out. Responsive reception who sent around a new kettle when the one in the apt didn’t work. For what we wanted ie somewhere central to sleep that was reasonably priced this did the trick!

Smell from drains in bathroom, the small towels and had we been intending to cook the limited cookware.

Location is 10/10

We couldn’t start the heating but the property manager quickly sent help

Excellent location, very close to many restaurants, shops and attractions.

Description of the property is not clear. It actually has one bedroom, the other bedroom is living room with one leather sofa and one double bed. TV only has few channels you can watch it. Only few towels provided, two face towels, three hand towels for party of four. Bathroom door can’t close properly, same with the main door, loose handle.

Great location close to everything very walkable hotel . Luggage storage after check out was nice .

It would be great if they provided dish cloths and dish towels for the kitchen you had to walk to a separate location to pick up clean towels 10 Minutes away. No ironing board. Add said it came with cleaning products and toiletries. Liquid tiny thing of body soap was only provided for one day.

The apartment is right in front of the basilica . Great location close to everything.

The bathrooms smell really bad . This is the only negative thing

All was working out as expected.

The bad smell coming out from the toilets.

The location is amazing.

Entrance with a password makes it easy, however it feels unsafe a little bit.
